Privacy Policy

AI Sales Coach is an experimental, independently operated WhatsApp-based AI sales coaching assistant. It is currently being tested by its operator, with possible limited access for additional invited users in the future. It is not presented as an official service of any employer.
1. Information processed
When you communicate with AI Sales Coach, the service may process your WhatsApp phone number, message text, language preferences, conversation context, and information you voluntarily include in your messages. Technical records such as timestamps, message identifiers, and error logs may also be processed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
2. Purposes
This information is used to receive and respond to messages, provide sales coaching and practice conversations, prepare for meetings, and test, maintain, and improve the assistant. The assistant may also discuss publicly available business information when relevant.
3. Providers and transfers
The current setup uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, Cloudflare Workers for webhook processing, Make for workflow automation, and the OpenAI API for generating responses. Information needed for these functions may be transmitted to and processed by these providers, potentially in different countries, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. Storage and retention
Messages and technical data may appear in provider logs, workflow execution histories, and API processing records. Retention depends on the settings and policies of the respective services. The operator will review and respond to deletion requests for information within the operator's control; some records may remain with providers for their own lawful or operational purposes.
5. Security and appropriate use
The service uses authenticated integrations and HTTPS connections where supported. No internet service is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, confidential employer information, private customer databases, sensitive personal information, or other material you are not authorized to share.
6. Sharing
Information is shared with the service providers described above as needed to operate the assistant. The operator does not intend to sell users' personal information.
7. Your choices and requests
You can stop using the assistant at any time. To ask questions about information processed by the service, request access or correction where applicable, or request deletion of information under the operator's control, email musloweli7@gmail.com. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law and available technical capabilities.
8. Changes
This policy may change as the pilot develops, particularly if more users or additional integrations are introduced. An updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
